My name is Mirjan. I was born in Albania, grew up in Corfu, and for the past six years I've been working as a professional filmmaker creating Documentaries , Commercials, and Wedding films.
I came to weddings after years of shooting other kinds of stories. What I found is that weddings are actually the hardest version of the job.You get one day, no second chances, and the people in front of your camera are living through something they'll carry with them forever. That's exactly what keeps me coming back to wedding films.
I put a lot of work into things outside of film-making too. I read, I study storytelling and human psychology, I train. A few years ago I lost 20 kilograms, it showed me that discipline actually works, and I run my business the same way.
Every project goes through a proper system: bookings organized in Notion, every file backed up across two separate workstations. It sounds basic, but most filmmakers skip it. I don't, because if something goes wrong, your footage is gone and there's no fixing that.
My style is cinematic and I'm slow to follow trends.
I'm not trying to make something that looks like everything else. I want to make something you'll still love watching in twenty years, something you can sit down and watch with your kids one day and actually feel the moment again.
