Governing Law: These Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed under the laws of the State of Greece, without regards to its conflict of laws provisions.

Your continued use of the Site following the posting of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination: Mirjan Films may terminate these Terms and your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mirjan Films and govern your use of the Site. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
